Flash

Introduction

Flash has been around since the late 90's. Everyone has the flash player in their browser. Now that Adobe has opened the file format, it is possible to create flash files without the Adobe tools that cost hundreds of dollars.

Flex

Adobe Flex is a framework for developing GUI interfaces in Flash. Very useful. The SDK is free.
