Use Cases

Use Cases are closely related to Personas.

Use cases are descriptions, step by step, of how users will be able to interact with the website. For the most part, these will be fairly short processes, almost reading like unit tests. But some of the use cases can be quite complicated, particularly when you take into account the "undo" action or the "delete" action.
